Bankruptcy Blog

I write articles for Montanans interested in learning more about bankruptcy at Montana Bankruptcy. I hope to educate those considering or filing bankruptcy. Whether you decide to become my client or not, odds are you can learn something useful by reading my blog.

Philosophy

Although I completed my law school education in Philadelphia, as a student at the ivy league University of Pennsylvania, I returned home because I care about this community and want to be a part of it. With that in mind, I strive to make my office a place where people feel comfortable and welcome, not an assembly line legal clinic.

Beyond being a friendly face, I also offer high quality legal representation at an affordable rate. It is important to me that ordinary Montanans have access to the judicial system, and a skilled advocate to represent them.

Admittance

I am admitted to practice before Montana district court, the Montana Supreme Court, Montana federal district court, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Additionally, I am the Vice-President of the Advisory Council of CASA for Kids in the Flathead Valley and a Board Member of the Community Foundation for a Better Bigfork (CFBB).
